I agree with Dan Dierdorf with this statement. Our goals are what we want to do and achieve in life. Our goals are meant to keep us doing right things all the time without hesitation. Our goals are meant to be good and pure instead of wrong one’s. We have to give in all of our best if we want to succeed in life. We have to give in all our best throughout the way. We have to try and not do it wrong the first time or we will have to do it again from the beginning. And there are consequences that come within doing things the wrong way. This quote states that if we do the right thing everything in your life will be good. But it also states that we have to give in our best in everything. And i believe this is true, we have to work hard to get or achieve something. All good things come to those who work hard.

Medical Career Research

                                                            Reflexology


Duties and Responsibilities: Reflexologists work with patients to help them ease the stress and tension in their lives. They perform therapeutic massage techniques to stimulate pressure points in patients' hands and feet. Some reflexologists also work with pressure points around the ears.

Salary: $39,860

Education: Aspiring reflexologists can complete a certificate or an associate's degree program in massage therapy that includes courses in reflexology. Or, they can complete a massage therapy program and then earn a certificate in reflexology through a continuing education program.

Demand: To be detailed-oriented, have patience, and also be able to understand the patient.

What this means is good values is the best thing you should have. Good values is what makes a good CTR person. If you have good values then you'll go far in life. For Example, if you're a loyal, trusting, reliable person then you'll be a CTR person with good values. The statement explains that the value is more important that money, love and happiness.It keeps a person to always choose the right. Although what keeps a person from choosing value is their feelings. Such as a lying. You lie because either you don't feel like telling the truth or you don't wanna hurt the other persons feeling. Although moral value keeps you from lying. Such as you know that lying is bad and if you follow your moral value than you will never lie.

Medical Career Pathway

                                                   Registered Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities: performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results, administering medications, operating medical equipment, recording patients' symptoms and medical histories, and assisting with patient rehabilitation and follow-up. Some registered nurses pursue a specialization.

Salary: $67,490

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Demand for this particular career: The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics recently reported that employment for registered nurses (RNs) is expected to increase by 16% through 2024. That growth rate is much faster than the average for all occupations, making nursing a valuable field to go into.

What this quote means is that doing the right thing only makes you a better person. It makes people look up to you to respect you and to have self-respect for yourself. If you want to be a good person, you got to act like one. You always got to make sure your good first not in a selfish way though. To be a CTR person you have to act like one to be one. Most people respect you for who you are not what you want to be. But even if you do act like yourself, people won't accept who you are and that's not right you be who you are and stay true to yourself.

1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?

2. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about them? 

Academic problems because my grades aren't that great but i'm working on them. Also, Obesity because for the past year i've been eating alot of junk foods but this past week i've been eating healthy and i've been exercising alot now.

3. How does being a CTR person help you to overcome any challenge you may face? 

Because it make's me choose the right and be the right person

4. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges? 

By being a positive CTR person and just help them from whatever they're dealing with.
